Changing Gliders on the Silent Gliss 3900

Keeping your curtains functioning smoothly and looking great often involves some maintenance. One common task is adding or removing gliders from your curtain track. If you have a Silent Gliss 3900, follow these simple steps to add or remove the gliders.

 

What You’ll Need:

  • Phillips screwdriver

 

Step-by-Step Instructions:

 

  1. Prepare the Curtains

    • Pull the curtains into the centre of the trackandpush the glidersf\ rm the end.
  2. Remove the End Set

    • Locate the small Phillips screw that holds the end set in place at the end of the track.
    • Using the Phillips screwdriver, carefully remove this screw.
    • Once the screw is out, gently pull off the end set.
  3. Adjust the Gliders

    • With the end set removed, you can now add or remove gliders as needed.
    • Simply slide the gliders onto or off the track.
  4. Reattach the End Set

    • Push the end set back towards the end of the track. Ensure it is firmly in place.
    • Make sure the cord is not caught or tangled.
    • Tighten the Phillips screw to secure the end set.
  5. Repeat on the Other Side

    • If you have a pair of curtains, repeat the same process on the other side of the track.
